For water supply via slide, a mold base is required for connection; design as shown in diagram above. Ejector plate needs to be fitted with a guide slide, and material must be specified on drawing (refer to M140431). Hot runner junction box (reference M140431) Hot runner junction boxes, whether for a single hot runner or two females, are required. (Reference module M140238) Specifications: 16-pin male (09330162601), female inner core (09330162701), double-sided retaining lower shell (093001600301).
Courge/Banana Gate Drawing Method Sprue ejector sleeve When product has a lifter, a positioning pin is designed to prevent product from running along with lifter. Hydraulic cylinders: If width of ejector plate exceeds 800, four hydraulic cylinders are required. If length of ejector plate exceeds 1400, four additional hydraulic cylinders are required on operating side and non-operating side. If center distance of center support is less than 1m, a steel sleeve is used for center support. If center distance is greater than 1m, bronze or self-lubricating material is used for center support. If length of ejector plate exceeds 1m, two return pins are required at the center of mold. CDC Document Interpretation: Other requirements:
1. For all molds larger than 110mm, each mold plate must have lifting holes machined on four sides (two holes per side).
2. Bottom panel must have four lifting holes machined on the front.
3. Lifting holes larger than M30 must be machined at mold base factory (including fixed lifting modules).
4. Three lifting modules must be designed: one for front mold lifting balance, one for rear mold lifting balance, and one for overall lifting balance.
5. A dustproof plate should be added to top side.
6. Customer's inspection reference hole should be made in same position as ejector plate (hole depth made through) and B plate (hole depth 12~20mm). Hole diameter should be same as size of pin on iron above mold.
7. 110T machine: Green column spacing 470*470 (reference M140236)
200T machine: Green column spacing 510*510 (reference M140274)
280T: Green column spacing: 710x670; Thickness range: 200-660; Center ring: ∅100+160 (M160170)
350T machine: Green column spacing Column spacing: 1050*1250 (reference M150105)
500T machine column spacing: 900*800*800 (maximum mold thickness) (reference M140431)
125T injection molding machine column spacing: 475*475, mold thickness: 230-460mm, center ring ∅100 (M160110)
95T injection molding machine column spacing: 420*420, mold thickness: 250-500
350T=PEC column spacing: 735x735; minimum and maximum thickness: 170-630; ∅ center flange: ∅100-160 (M160109)
8. Standard lifting ring sizes are M20, M30, or M42. M24 or M36 are not European standards and cannot be used.
