How to solve common problems of these injection molding machine clamping systems?

As we all know, clamping system of injection molding machine is very important to injection molding machine. Let's talk about how to deal with common problems.

(1) No mold locking

1): Check travel switch in front of safety door and repair it.
2): Check 24V5A power supply in electrical box, replace fuse and power supply box.
3): Check if valve core is stuck and clean valve core.
4): Check whether I/O board has output and whether solenoid valve is electrified.
5): Check whether hydraulic safety switch is pressed and whether mechanical lock lever baffle is opened.

(2) Twisting sound of mold opening and closing machine

1) Check whether lubricating oil pipe is disconnected, if so, oil pipe must be reconnected.
2) If amount of lubricating oil is small, increase amount of lubricating oil. It is recommended that 50 molds be oiled once or add enough lubricating oil manually.
3) Clamping force is large, check whether mold needs a large clamping force, and reduce clamping force.
4) Current of amplifier board is chaotic, check whether current parameters meet acceptance criteria, and re-adjust current value.
5) If parallelism is out of tolerance, use a dial indicator to check whether parallelism of the first and second plates is greater than acceptance standard; adjust parallelism.

(3) Wait a few seconds before opening mold

1): Starting speed is slow, check whether screw damping is too large, and adjust screw damping hole.
2): Middle hole of damping screw is too large, check whether damping of Y hole screw is too large, and replace damping screw with a thin central hole.

(4) Crawling of mold opening and locking

1) Second plate guide rail and Colin column are worn out, check second plate guide rail and Colin column, replace second plate copper sleeve, Colin column, and add lubricating oil.
2) Improper adjustment of speed and pressure of mold opening and locking. When flow rate is set to 20 and pressure is 99, second mold clamping plate should not crawl. Adjust flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole, and adjust linear current value of proportional valve.
3) There is air and exhaust in the pipeline and cylinder.

(5) Mold can not be opened

1) Increase speed of mold opening and locking. If pressure flow is too small and not adjusted properly, check mold opening and locking speed and whether pressure is appropriate. Increase mold opening, locking pressure and speed.
2) Zero position of clamping electronic scale is changed, check whether clamping and straightening machine ends at zero position after twisting, and re-adjust zero position of electronic scale.
3) Check whether the hinge is reversed.

(6) In automatic production, mold adjustment will become tighter or looser

1): There is leakage in solenoid valve for mold adjustment, check whether solenoid valve is "O" type, model 4WE6E or 0810092101, replace solenoid valve or whether solenoid valve is powered by 24V when it is not working.
2): Check whether there is a mold adjustment action when manually playing other actions, and see if valve is stuck.

(7) When other actions are working after clamping mold, mold is fully automatic and slowly opened.

1): Oil plate is leaking, check or replace express clamping valve, and replace oil plate.
2): Mold opening valve leaks, start oil pump and end mold clamping, press injection table or glue injection action, whether second plate moves back, and replace mold opening oil valve. It is normal to open and lock mold and not move.

(8) Only mold opening action is performed during mold clamping

1): connect wrong wire, check whether there is 24VDC to valve, check wire and connect wire.
2): Valve is stuck or wrong valve core is installed, check whether valve core is wrongly installed or blocked, re-install valve core or clean it. Under normal circumstances, action of opening and locking mold is not moving.

(9) Poor mold clamping

1) A and B holes are not properly adjusted. When system flow rate is set to 20 and pressure is 99, observe whether clamping action is crawling, readjust or replace valve.
2) There is air in oil circuit, listen to sound of air in oil circuit, check whether there are air bubbles in oil, and need to exhaust.
3) Ramp-up and ramp-down adjustment of amplifying board is improper, observe whether current value of ammeter is proportional to rise and fall or whether it is proportional to rotational speed, and adjust amplifying board.

(10) Clamping can not afford high pressure, exceeding stroke.

1) Limit switch exceeds limit, check whether mold adjustment is appropriate, adjust appropriate mold thickness; check whether motor is in normal state.
2) If hydraulic limit exceeds stroke, whether stroke position of electronic ruler is appropriate, check whether mold adjustment is appropriate, and adjust mold forward appropriately.

(11) Manual with mold opening termination, semi-automatic without mold opening termination

1) If mold opening valve leaks, move shooting table manually, observe whether second plate moves backwards, and replace mold opening valve.
2) Check maximum stroke and pressure flow of electronic ruler.

(12) No thimble action

1) Thimble limit switch is broken, use a multimeter to check whether 24V proximity switch is on. Replace thimble limit switch.
2) When valve is stuck, use a hexagonal key to press thimble valve core to see if it can move, and clean pressure valve.
3) Limit rod of thimble is broken. After machine stops, take out limit rod by hand and replace limit rod.
4) Thimble switch is short-circuited, use a multimeter to check 0 voltage of thimble switch to ground, and replace thimble switch.
5) Position of electronic ruler is not set properly.

(13) Thimble is out of control when semi-automatic

1): Thimble board is broken, check whether circuit is normal, normal voltage is DV24V. Repair thimble plate.
2): Line is broken, check connection line of switch and connection line of I/O board in an all-round way. Check wiring and rewire.
3): Check whether mold is out of position.
4): Whether oil cylinder piston rod sealing ring is damaged.
