Fault Reason Approach
1. Motor does not run 1. Electrical power supply fuse is blown;
2. Start button joint is bad;
3. Overload relay trips;
4. Main circuit is faulty and breaker is broken.
Replace insurance.
Repair or replace related accessories.
2. Buzzing and non-turning Lack of phase Check power.
3. Oil pump is abnormal 1. Inhale air on suction side;
2. Oil filter is blocked;
3. There is wear in pump;
4. Oil level is too low.
1. Repair joints on suction side.
2. Clean filter.
3. Overhaul oil pump.
4. Add enough oil.
  1. No action
1. The total pressure valve is faulty;
2. Amplifier board is faulty;
3. Connection flange of motor and oil pump is faulty;
4. Solenoid coil of servo valve is glued off.
1. Repair the total pressure valve and amplifier board.
2. Overhaul connector.
3. Install electromagnetic coil.
5. Do not close mold 1. Top back is not in place;
2. Safety door is not closed properly;
3. Manipulator does not give signal to close mold;
4. Position ruler data is faulty;
5. Directional valve does not act.
1. Check whether withdrawal is terminated.
2. Check circuit, oil circuit and mechanical insurance of safety door.
3. Overhaul manipulator potential.
4. Check position ruler.
5. Check whether valve body has power supply and whether it is stuck.
6. No mold opening 1. Directional valve is faulty;
2. Insufficient pressure;
3. Curved hand mechanical card hole;
4. Position ruler is faulty.
1. Check valve body.
2. Adjust mold opening and pressing service.
3. Overhaul crank arm.
4. Maintenance position ruler.
7. Do not eject 1. Manipulator has no ejection signal;
2. Mold opening is not completed;
3. Solenoid valve failure.
1. Check manipulator.
2. Check whether mold opening is completed.
3. Overhaul solenoid valve.
8. Pressure does not rise or temperature rises slowly. 1. Pressure regulating valve is not tight enough;
2. There is air inside hydraulic cylinder;
3. Pressure regulating valve is faulty.
1. Remove and inspect.
2. Exhaust.
3. Overhaul.
9.Do not shoot 1. Solenoid valve does not operate properly;
2. Bad pressure regulating valve;
3. Foreign objects block nozzle;
4. Nozzle is too cold, and temperature of material tube is low.
1. Check solenoid valve.
2. Check safety valve.
3. Check nozzle.
4. Check temperature of each section.
10. No feeding 1. Defective solenoid valve;
2. Poor adjustment of back pressure;
3. Temperature of material pipe is poor;
4. Glue is moving, but material is not cut.
1. Check back pressure valve.
2. Check temperature.
3. Screw is broken or does not slip.
11. Electric heating is abnormal 1. Breaker failure;
2. Heating ring is broken;
3. Thermocouple is broken;
4. Wire is short-circuited or grounded.
1. Replace damaged parts.
2. Repair wires.
  1. Oil temperature is too high, oil leakage
1. Operating pressure is super high 140KGF/CM2;
2. Oil pump is worn or oil viscosity is too high;
3. Insufficient oil;
4. Cooler is blocked;
5. Oil cylinder screw is loose.
1. Check pump and reduce viscosity.
2. Add enough hydraulic oil.
3. Clean cooler.
4. Tighten screws.
13. Directional valve, pressure valve makes noise 1. If adjustment pressure is not checked properly, spring resonates;
2. Valve core is stuck;
3. Electromagnetic coil is aging;
4. No electromagnetic force.
1. Readjust OK.
2. Cleaning.
3. Replace accessories.
4. Check and repair for poor wiring or insufficient voltage.
