1. Turn on main power switch of machine tool to check whether equipment is leaking electricity, preheat barrel and mold according to set process temperature requirements. When barrel temperature reaches process temperature, it must be kept for more than 20 minutes to ensure uniform temperature of all parts of barrel.
2. Open cooling water valve of oil cooler, cool oil return and water throat, and start oil pump. If no abnormality is found, oil pump can be officially started, motor can only be operated after screen displays "Motor ON". Pay attention to reverse rotation of motor, and check whether safety door is functioning normally. 
3. Manually start screw rotation to check whether screw rotation sound is abnormal or stuck.
4. Operator must use safety door. If safety door travel switch fails, machine is not allowed to turn on, and it is strictly forbidden to operate without safety door (cover).
5. All kinds of covers, protective covers, etc. of electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts of operating equipment should be covered and fixed.
6. Non-duty operators, without permission, are not allowed to press buttons and handles, and two or more than two persons are not allowed to operate same injection molding machine at the same time.
7. When placing molds and inserts, they must be stable and reliable. If abnormalities are found during mold clamping, stop immediately and notify technicians to troubleshoot.
8. When repairing machine or cleaning mold for a long time (more than 10 minutes), you must first move injection seat back to make nozzle leave mold and turn off motor. When maintenance personnel repair machine, operator is not allowed to leave job.
9. No one is allowed to start motor when someone is handling machine or mold.
10. When body enters machine tool or mold is opened, power must be cut off.
11. Avoid hitting fixed mold with injection seat when mold is opened to prevent fixed mold from falling off.

12. Air injection generally does not exceed 5 seconds each time. When two consecutive injections do not move, pay attention to informing nearby personnel to avoid dangerous area. When cleaning nozzle rubber head, do not directly clean it by hand. Use iron tongs or other tools to avoid burns.
13. There are high temperature, high pressure and high power in glue tube during working process. It is forbidden to step on, climb and put objects on glue tube to prevent damage from soup, electric shock and fire.
14. When hopper is not unloading, it is not allowed to use metal rods or rods to stab hopper roughly to avoid damage to split screen, shield and magnet frame in hopper. If screw is rotating, it is very easy to cause serious damage to equipment accident caused by metal rod being drawn into barrel.
15. When abnormal noise, odor, sparks, oil leakage and other abnormal conditions are found during operation of injection molding machine, machine should be shut down immediately and reported to relevant personnel immediately, failure phenomenon and possible cause of occurrence should be explained.
