1. 2. Processing enterprise should test various properties of mold under normal operation of injection molding machine, and measure size of final plastic mold parts. As production time continues, cooling channel is easy to deposit scale, rust, sludge and algae, which makes cooling passage section smaller, cooling passage narrows, greatly reduces heat exchange rate between coolant and mold, and increases production cost of enterprise. Therefore, cleaning of flow channel should be paid attention; for hot runner mold, maintenance of heating and control system is beneficial to prevent occurrence of production failure, so it is especially important.
Therefore, after each production cycle, belt heater, rod heater, heating probe and thermocouple on mold should be measured with an ohmmeter. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time and make records so that problems can be discovered at the right time and countermeasures can be taken.

4, We should pay attention to surface maintenance of mold, it directly affects surface quality of product. Focus is to prevent corrosion, therefore, selection of a suitable, high-quality, professional anti-rust oil is particularly important. After mold has completed production task, residual injection molding should be carefully removed according to different injection molding methods. Residual injection molding and other deposits in mold can be removed by using copper rods, copper wires and professional mold cleaning agents, and then air-dried.
5. Disable hard objects such as iron wire and steel bars to avoid scratching surface. If there is rust caused by corrosive injection molding, use a grinder to grind and polish, spray professional anti-rust oil, and then store mold in a dry, cool, dust-free place.
