(I) No mold locking

Handling method:
1): Check travel switch in front of safety door and repair it.
2): Check 24V5A power supply in electrical box, replace fuse and power box.
3): Check whether valve core is stuck and clean valve core.
4): Check whether I/O board has output and whether solenoid valve is energized.
5): Check whether hydraulic safety switch is pressed and whether mechanical lock rod baffle is open.

(II) Opening and closing machine makes a sound

Handling method:
1) Check whether lubricating oil pipe is disconnected. If so, oil pipe must be reconnected.
2) Amount of lubricating oil is small, increase amount of lubricating oil, it is recommended to oil 50 molds once or add enough lubricating oil manually.
3) Clamping force is large, check whether mold needs a large clamping force, and lower clamping force.
4) Current of amplifying plate is adjusted disorderly, check whether current parameters meet acceptance criteria, and readjust current value.
5) Parallelism is out of tolerance, use a dial gauge to check whether parallelism of the first two plates is greater than acceptance criteria; adjust parallelism.

(III) Wait a few seconds before opening mold

Handling method:
1): Starting speed is slow, check whether damping of screw is too large, and adjust damping hole of screw to a smaller size.
2): Middle hole of damping screw is too large, check whether damping of Y hole screw is too large, and replace damping screw with a thin center hole.

(IV) Crawl when opening and locking mold

Handling method:
1) Two-plate guide rails and Corinthian column are worn out, check two-plate guide rails and the Corinthian column, replace two-plate copper sleeve, Corinthian column, and add lubricating oil.
2) Speed and pressure of mold opening and locking are improperly adjusted. When flow is set to 20 and pressure is 99, two clamping plates should not crawl. Adjust flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole, and adjust linear current value of proportional valve.
3) There is air and exhaust in pipeline and oil cylinder.

(V) Mold cannot be opened

Solution:
1) Increase mold opening and locking speed. Pressure flow is too small and not adjusted properly. Check whether mold opening and locking speed, pressure are appropriate. Increase mold opening and locking pressure, speed.
2) Zero position of mold locking electronic scale changes. Check whether mold locking straightening machine ends at zero position after twisting. Re-adjust zero position of electronic scale.
3) Check whether it is reversed.

(VI) Mold adjustment will become tighter or looser during automatic production

Solution:
1): Mold adjustment solenoid valve leaks internally. Check whether solenoid valve is "O" type, model 4WE6E or 0810092101, replace solenoid valve or whether solenoid valve is powered by 24V when it is not working.
2): Is there any mold adjustment action when manually hitting other actions, and check whether valve is stuck.

(VII) When other actions are working after mold locking

Open mold slowly and automatically
Solution:
1): Oil plate leaks. Check or replace express mold locking valve and replace oil plate.
2): Mold opening valve leaks, start oil pump and lock mold to stop, press injection table or injection action, whether two plates move back, replace mold opening oil valve. Normally, mold opening and locking do not move.

(VIII) Only mold opening action is in mold locking

Handling method:
1): Wrong wiring, check whether 24VDC is connected to the valve, check line and connect wires.
2): Valve is stuck or valve core is installed incorrectly, check whether valve core is installed incorrectly or blocked, reinstall valve core or clean it. Under normal circumstances, mold opening and locking action is immobile.

(IX) Mold locking is not smooth

Handling method:
1) Improper adjustment of A and B holes, set system flow 20, pressure 99, observe whether mold locking action creeps, readjust or change valve.
2) There is air in oil circuit, listen for air sound in oil circuit, check whether there are bubbles in oil, and exhaust is required.
3) Amplifier plate is improperly adjusted to rise and fall, observe whether current value of ammeter is proportional to rise and fall changes or speed, and adjust amplifier plate.
(10) Mold cannot withstand high pressure and exceeds stroke.
Handling method:
1) Limit switch exceeds limit. Check whether mold adjustment is appropriate and adjust appropriate mold thickness; check whether motor is in normal state.
2) Hydraulic limit exceeds stroke. Check whether electronic ruler stroke position is appropriate. Check whether mold adjustment is appropriate and adjust mold forward appropriately.

(XI) Manual mold opening termination

Semi-automatic mold opening termination
Handling method:
1) Mold opening valve leaks, manual shooting table moves, observe whether two plates move backward, and replace mold opening valve.
2) Check maximum stroke and pressure flow of electronic ruler.

(XII) No ejector action

Handling method:
1) Ejector limit switch is broken. Use a multimeter to check whether 24V proximity switch is on. Replace ejector limit switch.
2) Valve is stuck. Use a hexagonal key to press ejector valve core to see if it can be moved, and clean pressure valve.
3) Ejector limit rod is broken. After stopping, remove limit rod by hand and replace limit rod.
4) Ejector switch is short-circuited. Use a multimeter to check if ejector switch has 0 voltage to the ground. Replace ejector switch.
5) Improper electronic ruler position setting.

(XIII) Ejector is out of control when semi-automatic

Handling method:
1): Ejector plate is broken. Check whether circuit is normal. Normal voltage is DV24V. Repair ejector plate.
2): Wire is broken. Check switch connection wire and connection wire on I/O board. Check circuit and rewire.
3): Check whether mold is moving.
4): Check whether cylinder piston rod seal is damaged.

(XIV) Sound is loud when opening mold

Handling method:
1): Poor proportional linearity, poor adjustment of opening and closing time, position, pressure and flow, check parameters of ramp up and ramp down, adjust parameters of ramp up and ramp down.
2): Clamping machine hinge is poorly lubricated. Check colline column, second plate slide foot, and lubrication of machine hinge. Increase lubrication and increase number of oiling times.
3): Mold clamping force is too large. Check clamping force when mold is stressed, and reduce clamping force according to user's product situation. Check whether time position is appropriate.
4): Parallelism deviation of head and second plates. Check parallelism of head and second plates. Adjust parallel error of second plate and the head plate.
5): Setting position of slow to fast mold opening is too small and speed is too fast. Check whether position of slow mold opening to fast mold opening is appropriate and whether slow mold opening speed is too fast. Lengthen slow mold opening position and reduce slow mold opening speed.

Injection molding machine management standards

1. When rotating molds for production, technicians must use controlled conditions of previous normal production as a reference when adjusting machine: such as mold temperature and material temperature, must be consistent. Check whether material nozzle addition ratio has changed? If machine changes, pressure speed position can be changed according to actual situation, but change cannot be too large and is allowed within ±5%. If it is the first production, "Mold Trial Report Conditions Table" will be used as a reference.
2. After debugging and confirming that appearance, size, and assembly are all OK and conditions are stable, send the first piece to quality control for confirmation. After the first piece is signed back, technician will write a copy of standard molding conditions of machine and hang it in machine file box. .
3. Molding conditions need to be checked and confirmed daily. If product is abnormal, cause of problem should be analyzed first, such as: whether mold temperature is normal, whether material temperature is normal, whether nozzle is blocked, whether material nozzle ratio has changed, and other factors. Instead of adjusting molding parameters first, if confirmed, molding parameters must be adjusted. When adjusting machine, adjusted products must be isolated first and must not be mixed into good products. After machine is adjusted and quality control is confirmed to be qualified, adjusted product will be fully inspected for confirmation. If it is OK, it will be put into good product. If it is NG, it will be discarded directly.
4. When adjusting parts, operators and related personnel should pay special attention to it. For example, when adjusting this problem, other problems may appear after parameters of product are changed. Therefore, when adjusting machine, product must be carefully compared with the first part. If a problem is found, whenever machine parameters are adjusted, adjusted products must be isolated and separated. Only after full inspection is OK can they be placed into good products!
5. If there are 5 or more defects in a row, machine should be shut down immediately and responsible technician should be notified as soon as possible to deal with it. Waiting for machine adjustment or mold repair to improve, and then production will resume after quality control confirms it is OK.
6. Adjustment of molding conditions. After product is confirmed to be qualified by quality control, molding conditions will be revised and changed, molding conditions will be accurately recorded on "Molding Conditions Table" and reviewed by foreman and above.
7. After adjusting machine for normal production, it is necessary to clean up glue heads, nozzles, and tools on machine table.
