Precautions for assembling screw column parting: If there is an assembly requirement on the outside, draft needs to be controlled within assembly tolerance range, screw hole should be used as a cylinder pin as much as possible, and try not to be used for drafting. If screw column is relatively deep, do not pull out 15~20mm of control mouth, do some drafting at root, outer diameter of cylinder needle should be smaller than outer diameter of screw cylinder as much as possible, so as to avoid burr of cylinder needle affecting assembly.

Precautions for parting of assembly positioning surface: control consistency during processing, consistency of processing technology, consistency of parting surface, and consistency of electrode discharge. If there is a local error, it will affect the overall use effect of product, and problem classification is not easy to analyze.
Since there are also shrinkage and deformation factors in molding, local positioning is basically used for positioning and assembly to ensure consistency of positioning.

Precautions for waterproofing assembly of front and rear covers: first ensure that deformation of upper and lower covers is controlled within 0.3mm.
In addition, processing consistency of contact surface of upper cover waterproof ring; consistency of contact surface of lower cover waterproof ring, contact surface of upper and lower cover waterproof ring should be controlled below 2mm as much as possible to ensure consistency of processing accuracy.

Precautions for insert molding assembly: Insert is basically a sheet metal part or a copper part. When designing, try to make it easy to place manually during molding. After molding, follow drawing requirements to confirm pull-out force test, torsion test, and high-bottom temperature test, drop test, if necessary, insert needs to be preheated. Specific temperature depends on different plastics, and performance needs to meet requirements of drawing.

Precautions for mold parting on assembly positioning surface: try to use inserts on assembly surface, and try not to do drafts to control consistency of processing on both sides.
When making inserts, you can make inserts that are inlaid, and inserts with assembly surfaces should be processed by grinder as much as possible, which can also satisfy smoothness of assembly surface of product and maintain consistency of assembly;

Precautions for the overall assembly parting: Basically, when doing draft analysis, 1/4 of R angle is parting surface, which will cause 1/4 of R angle to be sealed on front and rear parting surfaces. During mass production process, front and rear mold cores are prone to rounded corners, resulting in burrs on parting surface and affecting feel of product after assembly.
In this case, conventional parting is done directly from R angle, which does not affect assembly feel of product, but also optimizes difficulty of mold processing, improves machining accuracy of parting, and increases life of mold in mass production!
